Summer
Throughout the summer Olivia participated in a couple of the Little Buckaroo Rodeos around the area where she rode her first sheep, did the stick horse barrels and rode in the lead line. She won her first trophy and a couple of ribbons and is already off to a great start to be, in her words, the "Cowgirl Queen" (aka the Rodeo queen). Olivia is lucky enough to be able to participate in so many activities with her cousins and with the support of her grandparents and great-grandparents. She's definitely OUR favorite little cowgirl!
Summer 2007
Yeah!! We've finally started our blog. Cassy was nice enough to get our blog set up and I've just now got around to actually doing something on it. This should finally make Brooke happy too. But seriously, because it has taken me so long to get going, I have a lot of catching up to do. Our summer of 2007 has been so busy and filled with tons of fun! It all started back in May when Jed graduated from the University of Utah. We are all so proud of him and his accomplishments. Plus he can finally call himself a true UTE! And I am still a true COUGAR! Jed's graduation was celebrated by my parents taking us to Hawaii - Jed's first time - and it was absolutely wonderful. We went snorkeling, para-sailing, swam in the ocean, took a helicopter ride, visited the Polynesian Cultural Center and Pearl Harbor and ate incredible food (thanks again to my parents). It's definitely in our ten year plan to go back - next time to Maui!!

Jed Loves Golf
Recently I started playing in a golf league over in Midway. The name of the league is the Kamas Mafia. It is composed of primarily older guys from the Kamas valley. I have been having a great time and last week I got my first Eagle. I chipped out of the sand trap and it slowly rolled down to the hole, just like Tiger in the masters two years ago!
